Connecting Students to West Virginia’s Workforce
CAREERS+ is a workforce-driven pathway designed to help meet West Virginia’s evolving workforce needs while connecting high school juniors and seniors to high-skill, high-wage careers. Unlike traditional career pathways, CAREERS+ is co-designed and co-delivered by schools and business partners, combining classroom instruction with real-world, industry-based learning. Built as a flexible model that can be adapted to any industry, CAREERS+ gives students the skills, experience, and connections they need to move directly into employment or continue their education.
