Step 2: Finding my Readiness Coach

Step 2: Finding my Readiness Coach

Once you know your Focus Skills, it is important to identify a Readiness Coach to help you improve. A Readiness Coach isn’t a sports coach (Though they could be, if you choose),they are any trusted adult who can give you advice about improving your Focus Skills. Some examples of a Readiness Coach might include: A parent, A favorite teacher, A guidance counselor, A pastor or faith leader, A boss or experienced coworker, or An AmeriCorps Mentor
